About the Event |
|
The USSSA State Directors for Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Wisconsin have decided to work together in bringing State Teams at the 9u, 10u, 11u, and 12u level to a regional event that will include Skills Competitions and a tournament. Top players
will be selected to represent their state in the five team tournament.
Bragging rights around the midwest are on the line. Who will take home
the inaugural Championship Trophy?

The
USSSA Jr. Midwest Games will be held in Waukegan, IL at the brand new
state-of-the-art Waukegan SportsPark. The park features four
multi-purpose diamonds that will hold the entire event. Waukegan is
located at the Northeastern tip of Illinois, just a few miles south of
the Wisconsin border. Waukegan / Gurnee is a very tourist friendly area
with many attractions. Please see below for a list of activities.

Six Flags Great
America is a Six Flags theme park in the Chicago metropolitan area,
located in Gurnee, Illinois. The park has eight themed sections, a
16-acre water park, three specially themed children's areas, and various
other forms of entertainment. USSSA will be offering reduced ticket
prices for both Thursday, August 11th and Friday, August 12th. |
