USSSA GOLD MEDAL GAMES
The 2011 15u, 16u, and 18u USSSA National Teams, who qualified from the 2010 USSSA All-American Games, will compete in the USSSA Gold Medal Games this summer. USSSA National Team members will receive their uniforms at check-in on July 9th.
Description: The USSSA Gold Medal Games is an Olympic-style event featuring teams from all over the world. Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams. Puerto Rico, Latin America, Canada, Italy, France, Mexico, Bahamas, Peru, and the United States were amongst the competing countries in 2010
Ages: 15u, 16u, and 18u/19u
Dates: July 9th- July 16th, 2011
Location: Osceola Stadium in Kissimmee, FL (about 25-30 minutes to Walt Disney World)
(Osceola County Stadium is Home of the Houston Astros Spring Training)
17u USSSA National Team Competition
The USSSA 17u USSSA National Team is the team that competes Internationally. The team is selected from the USSSA All-American Games and competes the following summer. The 2010 USSSA National Team competed in Osaka, Japan this past August. The 2011 team will be competing in the Prague Baseball Week in the Czech Republic this June.
